President of the Subcommittee for the “Peace March 2015” Hamdija Fejzić confirmed that necessary preparations have been done for the rehabilitation of the road and marking and they are ready for this year’s most massive Peace March.
“We are expecting around 10,000 participants,” Fejzić told FENA.
He invited everyone who plans to participate in the “Peace March 2015” to give their contribution and support with the goal of never forgetting the genocide and to respect the code of conduct.
“We want to pay tribute in a dignified manner to all those who lost their lives,” Fejzić said.
The support of this year’s “Peace March 2015” was given to the Armed Forces of BiH, the FBiH Ministry of Displaced Persons and Refugees, the FBiH Civil Protection Administration, USAID, Emaus BiH, Emaus France, Majilis of the Islamic Community in Zvronik, Sapna Municipality and others.
The “Peace March 2015” is this year, besides the burial of the victims, is one of the main activities within the marking of the 20th anniversary
of the genocide against Bosniaks of Srebrenica.
