At the entrance to Visoko from the direction of Sarajevo, one of the largest commercial projects in this part of Bosnia is becoming increasingly visible. The new complex of the Suša Commerce company has taken on almost final form and is already completely changing the appearance of this part of the city, writes BiznisInfo.ba.

The dimensions of the project are best seen from the air. The new building dominates the space along the main traffic artery and, together with existing facilities, forms a new commercial and business complex that Visoko has never had before.

Final phase

Much of the exterior work has been completed, the facade and roof structure have been installed, while access roads, the apron, and interior spaces are currently being finished. 

The lower floors contain a spacious parking area, and the central open space already reveals how the complex will look upon completion of the work.

This is a multi-million euro investment by Suša Commerce, one of Visoko's most well-known companies, which in recent years has been intensively investing in the development of modern business and commercial facilities.

New center

The new building is being constructed right next to the company's existing shopping center, and together they will form a unique complex with numerous retail, catering, and ancillary facilities. Due to its attractive location next to the main traffic artery and roundabout, the complex is already attracting the attention of all passersby entering the city.

Many citizens believe that this part of Visoko will become a new gathering place in the coming years and one of the most recognizable points of the city.

Beyond bringing new facilities, the project will further change the appearance of Visoko's entrance, which in recent years has been undergoing intense urban transformation.

Investment that changes

Visoko has long been recognized for its industry, trade, and entrepreneurship, but it has not had many large commercial investments of this type. 

That is why the new complex represents a significant step forward in terms of modernizing the city and expanding offerings for citizens and visitors from other areas.

Suša Commerce previously realized the Vema complex, which today is one of the most visited places in Visoko, and the new project represents a continuation of the investment cycle that significantly impacts the development of this part of the city.

Given the current pace of work, it is already clear that the new complex will be one of the buildings that will mark the new appearance of Visoko in the years to come.
