Croatian President and Prime Minister Andrej Plenković and Zoran Milanović arrived in the earthquake-hit area.

The two of them visited this area yesterday also and promised the help of the state, both to Petrinja and Sisak, but also to Zagreb.

Plenković and Milanović talked to the citizens on the streets of Petrinja.

- I have information that one girl was killed. Everyone is there, and the army is there, emergency services are arriving, police, firefighters ... We will pick everything up. We will find alternative accommodation for people, it is not safe here - said Plenković.

Milanović announced state aid.

- This is a horror. It was a difficult year. This is like an injury over an insult. And one life is a lot. This city is impoverished, the buildings were built 150 years ago. It will take a lot of money to rebuild - said Milanović.
