As of January 26th, all travelers wishing to enter the U.S. must have a negative coronavirus test or documentation confirming recovery from COVID-19. This was announced by the U.S. Embassy in B&H.

They explain that all documentation must not be older than three days from the date of departure of the flight to the United States.
