The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has rejected all appeals against the decision of the Central Election Commission CEC when it comes to the elections in Mostar. This means that there will be no new counting of votes, some portals announced today.

Three appeals were received against the CEC's decision to determine and publish the results after the recount, after significant discrepancies, by Naša stranka,Platform for Progress and the SDP, requesting a recount of all votes from regular polling stations in the city of Mostar.

Due to various embezzlements that led to severe and mass election theft, the Court and the CEC were asked to react, but the Court rejected these appeals.

Such an epilogue could have been expected, given that it was announced a few days ago by the President of the Court of B&H Ranko Debevec. He then stated that the complaints of SDP and Naša stranka were unfounded and premature.

The Central Election Commission is now expected to make a decision on the final confirmation of the mandate.
