Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milorad Dodik talked today in Sarajevo with Chinese Ambassador Ji Ping about the Summit of the Belt and Road Initiative of the People's Republic of China and 17 Central and Eastern European countries, which will be held in video format on 9th of  February, hosted by Chinese President Xí Jìnpíng.

Chairman Dodik expressed satisfaction with the fact that he will participate in this summit, emphasizing that Bosnia and Herzegovina wants to be more engaged in the Belt and Road" Initiative and that this will be the basis of his approach at this video meeting.

Dodik asked the Chinese ambassador to help, as much as possible, "for B&H to get the Chinese vaccine against Covid-19 as soon as possible."

Ambassador Yi Ping has vowed to do everything possible for China to provide assistance to B&H in the fight against the pandemic by delivering Chinese vaccines, it is said in the statement from the Presidency of B&H.
