This morning, members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) conducted searches at two locations in the Sarajevo Canton due to obstruction of the investigation in the "Dženan Memić" case.

Prosecution order

We find out that members of SIPA, on the order of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, arrested two people for abusing their position and obstructing the investigation. According to unofficial information from "Avaz", Hasan Dupovac, former chief of the SC Ministry of the Interior for traffic investigations, was arrested.

Dupovac was the Head of the Traffic Investigation Department at the time Dženan Memić was killed, but also the person who took a statement from Alisa Mutap, Dženan Memić's ex-girlfriend, in the presence of her parents.

Obtained fatal injuries

Unofficially, we were told from sources close to the investigation that Zijo Mutap, Alisa Mutap's father, was also arrested.

Alisa Mutap was with Dženan Memić on the night he suffered fatal injuries in Velika Aleja in Ilidža. His house in the Sarajevo neighborhood of Otes and in Butmir was also searched.

Both Dupovac and Mutap are already in SIPA under criminal investigation.
