Last night in Banja Luka, dozens of billboards were removed in the center of the city and next to the transit, and they were removed by those who set them up, claims Mayor Draško Stanivuković.

Order has been established in one day! Billboards are being taken down and utility bills are starting to be paid! Never more demands than today to pay a fee! Nothing is the same anymore - Stanivuković wrote on Twitter last night.

In Banja Luka, as Stanivuković stated, 372 billboards were set up, 159 of which were set up illegally, without paying the utility fee, and there were such billboards even near the City Administration.

- Thus, the budget of the City was damaged by half a million marks in one year, and in four years the city treasury was deprived on that basis of two million marks - claims Stanivuković.

Last night, the "action" of removing the billboards started and, as they say from the City Administration, it was not done by the Communal Police, but by the owners of those billboards, ie the workers of the companies that set up the billboards.
