After today's hearing held in the Court of B&H conducted by the judge for the preliminary procedure, Tatjana Kosović, one-month custody for the suspects Hasan Dupovac and Zijad Mutap was ordered, "Avaz" has learned.

They are charged with the criminal offense of organized crime, illegal mediation and aiding the perpetrator after the crime was committed.

The evidence were concealed, after which the investigation was taken in the wrong direction, and the murder of young man Dženan Memić was covered up, and innocent people Ljubo and Bekrija Seferović were re-prosecuted due to the traffic accident.

- The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the criminal case of Dupovac Hasan et al. S1 2 K 039401 21 Krn, issued a decision ordering custody of the suspects Hasan Dupovac and Zijad Mutap, for the reasons prescribed by Article 132, paragraph 1, items b) and d) of the Criminal Procedure Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Pursuant to this decision, custody may last for a maximum of one (1) month, counting from the day of deprivation of liberty, ie until March 1st, 2021., or until a new decision of the Court. The suspects are charged with the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 342, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC of FB&H) in conjunction with the criminal offenses of Assistance to the perpetrator after commiting a criminal offense under Article 346, paragraph 1 of the CC of FB&H and Illegal mediation under Article 382, paragraph 2 of the same Law - the Court of B&H announced.
