Turković and Folkestad on possibility of involving NATO for vaccine procurement

Deputy Chairperson of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Bisera Turković talked with the Commander of the NATO Headquarters Sarajevo, Brigadier General Eric Folkestad.

The meeting was held at the NATO Headquarters in Sarajevo, and Minister Turković and General Folkestad discussed future cooperation and the current situation in B&H.

The topic of conversation was also the problem with the procurement of vaccines for B&H, but also the possibilities of involving NATO in the assistance for vaccine procurement.

The interlocutors expressed satisfaction with the beginning of the work of the Commission for Cooperation with NATO, but also with the adoption of the document "Implementation of the Reform Program of Bosnia and Herzegovina 2019-2020".

The officials emphasized the importance of starting the procedure for drafting a new "B&H Reform Program 2020-2021", the Press Service of the B&H MFA said.
