Minister of Health of the Una-Sana Canton Nermina Ćemalović confirmed that 3,472 people have been vaccinated in this part of Bosnia and Herzegovina so far.

-First we received 1,000 doses of AstraZeneca from a donation from the Republic of Serbia, then we received 762 doses of Pfizer, and then again 1,710 doses of AstraZeneca. So, we can officially say that all the doses received were used, that is, that 3,472 citizens of our canton were vaccinated in the past period- said Minister Ćemalović.

She added that the planned contingent of vaccines from the Chinese manufacturer Sinovac is expected today, which arrived as a donation from the Republic of Turkey.

-We are expecting 897 doses of Sinovac vaccine today, so we should have more than four thousand vaccinated citizens of the canton in a few days. The USC Public Health Institute distributes the obtained vaccines to the city and municipal health centers, which then carry out the vaccination process- said the cantonal health minister.
