Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H Gordana Tadić with her deputies Milanko Kajganić and Ozrenko Nešković, as well as associates, met with officials of the Special State Prosecutor's Office of Montenegro, Milivoje Katnić, Chief Special Prosecutor and Lidija Vukčević, Special Prosecutor and associates.

At the meeting they discussed joint regional co-operation between prosecutors' offices in processing war crimes cases and serious violations of international humanitarian law, and the fight against impunity for war crimes, which is being implemented with the support of MRMKS Chief Prosecutor Serge Brammertz.

During the meeting, they discussed the possibilities of transferring cases in which indictments have been filed in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the accused are in the territory of Montenegro, as well as working on cases in which the suspects are in Montenegro.

Chief Prosecutor Tadić and Chief Special Prosecutor Katnić said both prosecutors' office want to work together to rule of law and punish those responsible for war crimes.

Also, at the meeting was discussed joint cooperation in the fight against organized and cross-border crime, given that the Prosecutor's Office of B&H with partner institutions from Montenegro, conducted several joint activities, especially in the fight against unauthorized international trafficking of narcotics.

The conclusion of the meeting is that in all segments, as before, good cooperation will continue in the coming period.
