Today, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina definitely acquitted the director of ISA B&H, Osman Mehmedagić, aka Osmica, of charges of abuse of office and authority. The head of the Court of B&H, as it is already known, is Ranko Debevec, who is a friend of the multiple suspect Osman Mehmedagić aka Osmica, against whom proceedings must be conducted before the Court of B&H, given that Mehmedagić is the director of a state agency, writes Press.

Room for doubt

Every trial initiated by the Prosecutor's Office of B&H against Osman Mehmedagić is a fiasco in the Court of B&H, which leaves room for doubt because Mehmedagić is a friend of the President of the Court of B&H Ranko Debevec, with whom - as he claims in Viber correspondence recently published by Avaz - "stands until death".

We will not go into the essence of the decisions of the Court of B&H, which should act independently and judge according to the the law, but we will list all the trials that ended in the Court of B&H in favor of Osman Mehmedagić- a friend of the President of the Court of B&H Ranko Debevec:

- November 12th, 2020 - The Court of B&H refused to impose a measure prohibiting ISA Director Osman Mehmedagić from performing his duties until the end of the criminal proceedings (“BH Post Surveillance Cameras” case)

- January 4th, 2021 - The Court of B&H refused to confirm the indictment of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H against the Director of ISA Osman Mehmedagić for abuse of office (case "Security Permits")

- February 19th, 2021 - The Court of B&H first instantly acquitted the Director of ISA Osman Mehmedagić of all charges against him, only half an hour after the Prosecutor's Office of B&H presented its closing arguments (“BH Post Surveillance Cameras” case)

- March 2nd, 2021 - The Court of B&H refused to confirm the new indictment of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H against the Director of ISa Osman Mehmedagić for abuse of office (case "Security Permits 2"). On the day the Prosecutor's Office of B&H filed this indictment, the President of the Court of B&H, Ranko Debevec, was photographed in the company of Mehmedagić in one building in Sarajevo.

- May 20th, 2021 - The Court of B&H acquitted the second-instance director of ISA Osman Mehmedagić of all charges against him (the case of the “Surveillance Cameras of the BH Post”)

- May 21st, 2021 - The Court of B&H refused to grant permission for police officers to seize documents related to fake diplomas of Osman Mehmedagić (“Diploma” case)

From November 2020 to May 21st, 2021, the Court of B&H passed as many as six decisions in favor of Osman Mehmedagić, a friend of the President of the Court of B&H Ranko Debevec. The Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor filed a disciplinary lawsuit to the HJPC against Debevec for inappropriate contact with Mehmedagić, but the HJPC has not yet ruled on the lawsuit.

Double identity

Debevec is also burdened by the investigation against him due to his double identity in Spain and the hiding of property in this country, which he never reported to the HJPC.

The public in B&H has long suspected that Mehmedagić promised Debevec that he would protect him from criminal and disciplinary prosecution through the SDA in exchange for Debevec "ending up" in the Court of B&H so that all cases against the ISA director end favorably for Mehmedagić.

No one, except SDA cadres, trusts the Court of B&H, which is regularly praised in statements by SDA President Bakir Izetbegović.

The SDA leader goes even a step further and openly praises Ranko Debevec, claiming that evil forces are attacking him. The tapeworm with Ranko Debevec, who no longer has professional credibility and who has degraded the credibility of the Court of B&H with his actions, can only be ended by the HJPC B&H.
