At the 121st plenary session held online on 26 May 2021, the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has unanimously elected Mr. Mato Tadić, former Vice-President, as the new President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

By the election of the new President, the term of office of the current President, Mr. Zlatko M. Knežević has ended.

At the same session, the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has unanimously elected Vice-Presidents of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina as follows: Mr. Tudor Pantiru, Mr. Miodrag Simović and Mr. Mirsad Ćeman.
