There is fierce pressure on the Prosecutor's Office of B&H to release the arrested Osman Mehmedagić Osmica, the director of ISA, at any cost. The regime does not choose the means to undermine any attempts by prosecutors to close the case , with the help of eligible judges, who have already helped the ISA director in previous cases.

There is a lot of pressure from the regime media and the authorities on the acting prosecutor Oleg Čavka. Every effort was made to persuade that Mehmedagić is released without any measures, but it was still proposed to the Court of B&H to order one-month detention.

Although today, as in every interrogation, he was silent and listened to the instructions of his lawyer, Osmica hopes for a "fair" Court, which has already acquitted him on two occasions. I have never, even though he has been charged twice, imposed any prohibitive measures.

However, Judge Tatjana Kosović joined the rescue of Osmica today, along with the permission and orders of Ranko Debevec, the President of the Court. As we find out, she cancelled vacation in order to decide on Mehmedagić's detention.

In addition, Kosović issued a written decision today rejecting the request of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H to search Osmica's property. For Kosović, as she wrote, it has not been proven that Mehmedagić's diploma was forged, although the Prosecution is requesting a search because he is hiding it, and he did not hand it over to the personal file in ISA. If Osmica does not have it, where is the diploma he received at the American University in Tuzla, issued by the arrested Denis Prcić.

That is why, as we have learned, the Prosecutor's Office of B&H requested exemption of Judge Kosović today.

By the way, Kosović is a judge who rejected the Prosecution's proposal that custody of the arrested Fadil Novalić and others be ordered after the arrest, in the "Ventilators" affair. Even then, the regime demanded that the detainees be released immediately because it was a blow to Bosniaks.
