A hearing was held today in the Court of B&H of the accused Federal Prime Minister Fadil Novalić and others regarding the procurement of 100 ventilators worth 10,530,000 KM.

Apart from Novalić, the suspended director of the Federal Administration of Civil Protection, Fahrudin Solak, the owner of the company "Srebrena malina", Fikret Hodžić, and Jelka Milićević, the Minister of Finance of the Federation of B&H, are accused of the disputed purchase of respirators.

Communication via E-mail and Viber

Today, State Prosecutor Džermin Pašić presented a set of material evidence which, as he said, confirms the organized activities of the accused, who acted in synchrony and each of them had their own role.

Many documents, contracts, and correspondence via E-mail and Viber were submitted.

That the Prime Minister of the Federation of B&H, Fadil Novalić, was aware of everything, is proved, among other things, by the communication of his chief of staff Hasan Ganibegović, who was in contact with Harun Avdagić from the Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices on April 22nd last year which in the end, in a short period of time, enabled the company "Srebrena malina" to register for the import of medical equipment.

After the conversation with Avdagić, Ganibegović sent a message to Novalić: " We gave ourselves into the hands of a fool, this raspberry Fikret".

Novalić asks "What?" after which Ganibegović writes "He gave Harun a woman, I have to go with her". Novalić answers "That's why we gave you that" and sends him a smiley face.

In his communication, the employee of Privredena banka Sarajevo asked Fikret Hodžić what happened to the license to work with medical equipment, and Hodžić answered:

- The Prime Minister personally handles the permit, it will be done.

Prosecutor Pašić also presented a set of material evidence which, as he said, he wanted to show that all acts related to the import of ventilators were modeled on April 24th, 2020, and in which another model of ventilator was stated.

The defense has repeatedly objected to the manner in which the evidence was presented, demanding that the Prosecutor stop commenting on the evidence he is presenting.
