The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued a decision to release Alisa Ramić, maiden name Mutap.
In addition to Alisa Mutap, her father Zijad Mutap and police officers Hasan Dupovac and Josip Barić were also released. Muamer Ožegović, an employee of the "Ilidža" hotel, is also at large.
Everyone everyone were ordered prohibitive measures. The prosecution announced the appeal.
Ifet Feraget, lawyer representing the Memić family, told the „Avaz“ portal that "it is the court that assesses the need for detention and whether detention is necessary or the purpose can be achieved by imposing prohibitive measures."
- On the other hand, the decision is still not final, we have to wait, there will probably be an appeal by the Prosecutor's Office of B&H. Whatever they decide about this, the decision to confirm the indictment is important to us. These are just measures that ensure the conduct of the procedure - said Feraget.
