Gordana Tadić was transferred from the position of Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H by the decision of the First Instance Disciplinary Commission of the HJPC.

The first instance disciplinary commission of the HJPC determined that Gordana Tadić, acting as the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, committed disciplinary offenses related to the automatic assignment of criminal cases and security checks.

The decision of the Disciplinary Commission was delivered today to the leaders of the HJPC and the Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor.

Until the decision becomes final - Gordana Tadić will not be removed from the position of Chief State Prosecutor, but she will be transferred to the position of State Prosecutor in the Prosecutor's Office. There is a right of appeal against this decision.

At the beginning of April this year, the Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor filed a disciplinary lawsuit against Chief State Prosecutor Gordana Tadić.

Tadić's lawyer, Vlado Adamović, told "Avaz" that he found out about this decision from the media.

- We did not receive the decision, but as soon as we receive it, we will appeal - Adamović told us.

Otherwise, in this case there is a possibility of two appeals. One to the second instance, and after her decision to the entire HJPC.
