The Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H sent a request to the Court of B&H to revoke the prohibitive measures and order custody of the suspect Osman Mehmedagić.

As part of the work on the case, the Prosecutor's Office of B&H came to information and evidence that the suspect Mehmedagić in the past period traveled, communicated and stayed on vacation abroad with a person listed as a witness in the case and who in accordance with the prohibitive measures, the suspect may not approach at a distance of less than 50 meters.

Due to the violation of the pronounced measures of prohibition, detention was requested.
