What the lawyer of the Memić family, Ifet Feraget, pointed out all these years, happened this morning around 6:30 AM.

Namely, members of the SC Ministry of the Interior, on the order of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, searched the apartment of Muamer Budnjo as part of the investigation in the "Memić case".

Police seized a number of documents. The premises were inspected at the location of the Bosmal business and residential building where Muamer Budnjo lives, and the Nova Otok facilities, where the apartment of traffic expert Ševal Kovačević is being searched.

Lawyer Feraget for the "Avaz" portal, emphasized that this had to happen sometime.

- Traffic expert Ševal Kovačević made his finding and opinion on the basis of his imaginary circumstances which are in complete contradiction with the circumstances also imagined on the reconstruction of events from June 13, 2016, which was attended by Alisa Mutap married Ramić and other persons. Therefore, the traffic expertise of one imaginary traffic accident was conducted on the basis of doubly imaginary circumstances, and that is why the court rejected Ševal Kovačević's findings as unprofessional, illogical, flat, speculative and frivolous! I have been talking about all this for more than five and a half years! According to the expert's findings, the recordings of the Crystal Hotel owned by the Budnjo family, which has 16 video surveillance cameras, were intentionally deleted on February 8, 9, 10 and 11, 2016. I expect that the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, after today's search, will order an expert examination of the seized computers and mobile phones in order to determine the circumstances that are important for shedding light on this event - lawyer Feraget explained to us.
