Members of the Directorate for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of the Interior (MoI) in the area of Doboj are searching the location used by persons with the initials M.G., as well as the location in Banja Luka used by persons V.V., as well as the companies whose director he is.

The Ministry of the Interior said that the searches have been being carried out as part of an investigation into the public procurement of medical protective equipment for the Sveti Apostol Luka Hospital in Doboj, as well as other medical equipment procured by the Republic of Srpska Institute of Public Health last year.

The searches are being carried out according to the order of the District Court of Banja Luka, and under the supervision of the RS Public Prosecutor's Office, the Special Department for the Suppression of Corruption, organized and the most serious forms of economic crime, reports Srna.

As BN unofficially finds out, the investigation into the "corona" affair also leads to Vico Zeljković, who is the president of the Football Association of B&H.

According to that information, Zeljković, who is the nephew of a member of the Presidency of B&H, is connected with three legal entities that supplied health institutions during the pandemic. Part of the investigation will be led by the Prosecutor's Office of B&H.

As BN finds out, Zeljković is not in Banja Luka, and the companies said that he went to the match with the B&H national team.

BN reminds that the former director of the RS Institute of Public Health, Branislav Zeljković, was arrested earlier for procuring medical equipment during the pandemic.

As Slobodan Vasković reports on his blog, members of the Directorate for the Fight against Organized Crime arrested Mladen Gajić, the director of the hospital in Doboj, for embezzlement with Saša Marković, the owner of the company "Travel4Fun".

He also states that Vladimir Vuletić, the owner of the company "Arms", was arrested for embezzlement with Vlado Đajić, the director of the UCC RS Banja Luka, regarding the procurement of thermal cameras.

As BN unofficially finds out, the mediator between Saša Markovic and Mladen Gajić was Sanja Vulić, a member of the SNSD in the House of Representatives of the B&H Parliament.
