The Banja Luka District Public Prosecutor's Office has suspended the investigation against Nenad Nešić, a state MP, for abusing his official position at the time when he was acting director of the public company the Roads of the Republic of Srpska, Nešić confirmed for FENA.

Nešić, who is the president of the Democratic People's Alliance (DNS), pointed out that the investigation was suspended because "there was no evidence that he committed anything illegal".
