By the decision of the majority of members of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of B&H, Gordana Tadić was removed from the position of Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H.
We remind you that last month, the Second Instance Disciplinary Commission of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of B&H voted to remove her.
According to the information that "Avaz" has, six members of the HJPC B&H voted for Tadić's removal, five were against, and one member abstained. The right to vote, given the exemption of two members of the HJPC, had 12 members. Member Duška Bogojević did not show up. Two members of the HJPC had to abstain from voting, namely prosecutors Biljana Simenunović and Željka Radović.
We find out that Srđan Forca, a member of the HJPC, abstained.
