According to the procedure of the HJPC B&H, after the dismissal of the Chief State Prosecutor Gordana Tadić, an acting president will be elected today. The acting prosecutor may be exclusively one of the four Deputy Chief State Prosecutors.

These are state prosecutors Diana Kajmaković, Ismet Šuškić, Ozrenka Nešković and Milanko Kajganić. It is possible to vote separately for the acting prosecutor. But that option is less likely.

It will be decided today by the HJPC at the ongoing session.
