Milanko Kajganić is elected as acting Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H.

We would like to remind you that during today's session, by the decision of the majority of members of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of B&H, Gordana Tadić was removed from the position of Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H.

Milanko Kajganić was born in Doboj on November 16, 1975. He graduated from the High School of Internal Affairs in Banja Luka in 1994, and in 1998 he graduated from the Higher School of Internal Affairs in Banja Luka. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in 2005, and passed the bar exam in 2008.

In the period from 16.06.1994. until 31.12.2006. he worked in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Srpska on various jobs, from police officer, platoon commander, inspector in the Department for Suppression of Production and Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs and finally inspector for internal control. From 01.01.2007. until 15.03.2014. he was employed in the Special Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka.

By the decision of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council on March 6, 2014. was appointed to the position of Prosecutor in the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, which he began to perform on March 15, 2014. He is a consultant to the OSCE in the field of criminal law and as an educator participated in several seminars organized or supported by the OSCE Mission to B&H, the B&H Ministry of Justice and the FB&H Association of Judges for Judges, Prosecutors, Lawyers and Police Officers in B&H. He is a member of the negotiating team of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the process of negotiating the Agreement on Cooperation between EUROJUST and B&H and he speaks English language.
