The Republic of Srpska entity is committed to fully respect the Dayton Peace Agreement and the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which we expect from other actors in B&H, said today member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and SNSD leader Milorad Dodik.

He demanded that the B&H Constitution be respected as it was written without free interpretations that brought B&H to a standstill, adding that RS is committed to preserving peace, stability and the constitutional order and does not mean disempowerment but strengthening patriotism. He also stated that they have no intention of destabilizing B&H.

- No imposed act of the High Representative of the international community in B&H is legal, nor are legal laws and acts of government institutions based on such decisions. In those decisions, they had the support of the Constitutional Court of B&H - Dodik stated.

He says that RS is trying to correct abuses from the past with its activities because the hope that political Sarajevo or the international community will do it has been lost.

- They continued to disempower the RS and create conditions for it to disappear one day, they are trying to create an atmosphere by which theft will preserve the achieved privileges and that is destabilizing for B&H. Not a single warlike statement came from RS, but many of them came from Sarajevo - claims Dodik.

He notes that others have violated the B&H Constitution, so the state has been brought into the biggest institutional crisis because, according to Dodik, stability and progress in B&H means a constitutional B&H, not a projected B&H from outside.

He reiterated that B&H does not have a high representative, adding that his office is a self-proclaimed institution, which was confirmed by two of the five members of the United Nations Security Council who expressed such an attitude at yesterday's session when the situation on B&H was discussed.

- As of yesterday, his every action will mean that Republic of Srpska will sue Christian Schmidt in his country. If it is not recognized in the UN Security Council resolution, then it cannot be recognized here either - concluded B&H Presidency member Milorad Dodik.
