Russia's Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine is 95 percent effective according to a second interim analysis of clinical trial data, its developers said on Tuesday.
The calculations were based on preliminary data obtained 42 days after the first dose, Russia's health ministry, the state-run Gamaleya research centre and the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) said in a statement. 
 They did not note the number of cases used to make the calculation, however.

Legendary actor Mustafa Nadarević passed away yesterday at the age of 77 after he lost the battle with lung cancer. Mustafa was recently released from the hospital and was in his home in Zagreb, but he did not go out anywhere due to coronavirus pandemic.&nbsp;Biggest roles 
Mustafa Nadarević was born in Banja Luka in 1943. Although he lived and worked in many cities of the former Yugoslavia, he spent most of his life in Zagreb. He began his theatrical career at the Zagreb Youth Theater, and in 1969. he became a member of the Drama section of the Croatian National Theater in Zagreb. He played numerous roles in the theater.
&nbsp;He had his most notable roles in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He had his first film role in Mirza Idrizović's "Smell of Quince" in 1982. This was followed by the great film "Father on a Business Trip" from 1985, where he had another masterful role of Zijah. Following this were films "Already Seen", "Glembays", then "Kuduz","Deaf Gunpowder", "Holiday in Sarajevo", "Sleeping Gun", "No Man's Land", "Burning Fire", "Nafaka" and many others.&nbsp;Audience in front of TV screens Mustafa amazed with the role of Izet Fazlinović in the series "Crazy, Confused, Normal".&nbsp;As a director, he made his debut in 1992. with the play "Flight over the Coward's Nest".&nbsp;Great support&nbsp;In 2012., Nadarević's wife Slavica Radović, who was slovenian set designer and costume designer, died from breast cancer. She was fighting with this disease for more than 10 years.&nbsp;
He was a great support to his wife and was with her until the very last moment. She died in his arms. The couple met when Nadarević already had two marriages and three children behind him: daughters Nađa and Nana and son Aša. Although the actor rarely spoke about his private life, on those occasions he pointed out that his wife Slavica had ennobled him. He said that she was the love of his life, and that she called him Mujo.

The construction of southern gas pipeline is the highest priority project for FB&amp;H, according to the Draft Law on the Gas Pipeline "Southern Interconnection of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia", in which "Avaz" had insight into. The Government of FB&amp;H has sent the draft law for further procedure.
This project received support from the United States government and so far has been significantly funded by USAID.
&nbsp;Heavy burden 
The explanation of the need to enact this law states that FB&amp;H is currently supplied with gas from only one direction and one source, using a transport pipeline that crosses the border between Serbia and B&amp;H in Šepak and then continues to Zvornik, Kladanj, Sarajevo, Zenica and Travnik.
- The existing gas pipeline, which was built in 1979, is characterized by obsolescence and high load during the winter, when gas consumption is at its peak. Therefore, the construction of a new gas interconnection, on the route Zagvozd (Republic of Croatia) - Posušje (B&amp;H) - Tomislavgrad - Šuica - Kupres - Bugojno - Novi Travnik / Travnik, with a branch for Mostar, is recognized as a project of the highest priority - it was explained.
They added that this project is included in all strategic, planning and developmental key documents enacted at the level of FB&amp;H and B&amp;H.

- Its implementation is crucial for maintaining security of gas supply throughout the FB&amp;H, as well as for diversification of sources and directions of gas supply, and that's why the project "Southern Interconnection" is one of the most important in the field of energy in FB&amp;H - it was pointed out.
&nbsp;It was clarified that the new southern gas pipeline belongs to the category of line infrastructure facilities that are specific in the way that they cover a wider geographical territory, pass through a large number of land parcels and cross different types of land.
Due to this reason, it was necessary to draft a special law that would regulate the construction of the "Southern Interconnection" by prescribing a special administrative procedures for issuing licenses with shortened deadlines, which would ensure the efficient implementation of the strategic project - it was emphasized. 

Commissioning of the new gas pipeline is planned for 2024.
&nbsp; Obligations of "BH-Gas" 
- "BH-Gas" is determined as the holder of investment of the project "Southern Interconnection". The investor will implement the project throughout two phases - the construction of an interconnection transport pipeline and the construction of a branch for Mostar. After the commissioning of the gas pipeline, the investor is obliged to ensure its safe operation and all technical conditions for acceptance into the gas transmission system that is imported from various sources from the mentioned direction, and its delivery to consumers - the draft law states.
&nbsp;How it will be financed
 &nbsp;
- The implementation of the project will be financed from the funds of international institutions secured through loans and grants and on top of this from own funds of "BH-Gas".The loan repayment will be secured by revenues generated by the collection of transport / transit tariffs - it was explained.&nbsp;

The indictment in the "Respiratori" case will be filed very soon, it was confirmed yesterday for "Dnevni Avaz" from several sources close to the investigation and the judicial authorities. This is the case related to the import of 100 respirators from China to B&amp;H at a price of 10.5 million KM, which have never been put into operation.&nbsp;Dozens of witnessesLast week, the verification of these devices was stopped. This verification is the only relevant way for determining whether respirators are in order and can they be used to treat patients with coronavirus. Earlier, during the attempt to divide respirators among hospitals, it was determined that they had a system failure.&nbsp;The investigation of the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H in this case includes Fadil Novalic, Prime Minister of the Federation of B&amp;H, Fahrudin Solak, suspended director of the Federal Civil Protection Administration (FCPA), Fikret Hodzic, owner of the company&nbsp; "Srebrna malina" which imported respirators and Aleksandar Zolak, director of the Agency for medicines and medical devices of B&amp;H.


Novalic, Solak and Hodzic were arrested as a result of this affair, but the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina refused to order their detention, so they are released pending trial. All three are suspected of money laundering and abuse of official positions, and that the devices were procured without any cover.&nbsp;During the investigation, dozens of witnesses were interogated - from Sebija Izetbegovic, Jelka Milicevic, Ana Bavrka, Edita Kalajdzic to Asim Sarajlic, who was recently fined 3,000 KM for refusing to give his mobile phone password to prosecutors. He has been questioned several times in the past couple of months, and as we were told unofficially, currently he has the witness status.

At the end of the month on November 28th, it will be exactly six months since the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H issued an order to expand the investigation against Novalic. Apart from him, a few days earlier, the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an order to conduct an investigation against Hodzic and Solak.
What the law statesAccording to the B&amp;H Criminal Procedure Law, the Article 225., if the prosecutor does not complete the investigation within six months from the issuance of the order to conduct the investigation, he will have to inform the Chief Prosecutor,respectively the Collegium of Prosecutors, in order to extend the deadline.&nbsp;
However, according to the information that „Avaz“ received, the Prosecution may request an additional deadline and does not have to complete the investigation within this period, but the indictment is almost completed. In the following days,it will see the light of day and sent to the Court for confirmation.
Right to remain silent&nbsp;The suspect Hodzic was questioned again in the Prosecutor's Office few days ago, but the questions were related to the company "Srebrena malina" and the re-search which was done by the order of this judicial institution. Then, as we published, his mobile phone was confiscated. He defended himself in this institution with right to remain silent.&nbsp;
