The bombing of a student campus is a serious war crime and evidence that Ukraine's leadership has lost all human feeling in its helplessness, said SNSD president Milorad Dodik. Vesti BiH

He stated on social network X that war itself is inhumane, tragic, brings misfortune, but even in war there are limits that people do not cross.

"Inhumans have no regard. Russia has never bombed student dormitories in four years, Ukraine does this. I condemn such uncivilized behavior and believe that those who ordered and carried out this crime will be held accountable and deservedly punished," Dodik emphasized.

He added that he grieves for the innocent victims and expresses condolences to their families and the entire Russian people.
