As part of the investigation conducted by the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the case of Dženan Memić's death, on the order of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested police officer Josip Barić.
As "Avaz" has already published, this is police officer who conducted an investigation in the "Memić" case. Barić is suspected of hiding evidence.
Muriz Memić, Dženan Memić's father, told for the "Avaz" portal that he expected new arrests.
- I see that the State Prosecutor's Office is doing this seriously and professionally. We expected there to be new arrests by the end of the month, and I expect them later in the day. I don't think that it'll stop there. I'm on the trip, I'm a little taken aback, but I'm glad, because I see that it's working, that the truth is coming to light. He is one of the actors, because he also did an investigation. Hasan Dupovac was also his boss - said Memić.
We would like to remind you that today SIPA conducted searches in the area of the municipality of Ilidža.
