Four witnesses were called for Monday. According to the Avaz reporter, Džaferović and Sarajlić arrived at the Court.

At the last hearing on September 13, Senka Nožica, Amir Zukić's lawyer, said that the members of the Personnel Commission were called to check whether the defendant had ever influenced the selection of leading positions proposed by the SDA in the Personnel Commission.

- The party has always had its proposals and we want to see if in this particular case he had an influence on the election of the director of the Public Company (PE) "Elektroprivreda BiH", which he is charged with. That is why we call on the members of the municipal, cantonal and members of the commissions of the party's presidency to express themselves - said Nožica.
