By the decision of the majority of members of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of B&H, Gordana Tadić was removed from the position of Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H.

We remind you that last month, the Second Instance Disciplinary Commission of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of B&H voted to dismiss her.

Namely, in the case against the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, deciding on the defendant's appeal, the Second Instance Disciplinary Commission issued a decision rejecting the defendant's appeal as unfounded and confirming the decision of the First Instance Disciplinary Commission of July 23 this year.

The defendant was disciplined for disciplinary offenses: Transfer from the position of Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the position of Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Tadić has been at the helm of the B&H Prosecutor's Office since September 2016, first as acting president, before she was officially elected to office in 2019.
