Vlado Adamović, the lawyer of Gordana Tadić, the dismissed chief state prosecutor, told for the "Avaz" portal that the decision on her dismissal was not unanimous.

- One member did not come, the other was exempted by the decision of the president of the HJPC because her daughter probably works in the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, but he asked to have a member in the First Instance Commission whose brother works in the Prosecutor's Office, so it was obviously planned a long time ago. I did not expect such a decision - Adamović pointed out, adding that it was a political decision.

As he points out, he expected that the HJPC would get serious and make a fair decision.

- I expected that the HJPC would take matters into its own hands and that it would become serious. The second point for which she was found guilty is something that neither the prosecutor nor the High Prosecutorial Council has done in relation to the law to which that point refers. Only the chief prosecutor was prosecuted for that and declared responsible, and in fact there are people in the Council who did not implement that law - Adamović pointed out in a statement for the "Avaz" portal.
