Acting on duty for the day of the general elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina, on-duty prosecutors who, together with SIPA police officers, were on duty in regional centers in Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Mostar and Tuzla, received complaints from citizens or institutions, which related to the disruption of public order at the polling stations, allegations of election irregularities that related to possible criminal acts, as well as various events and incidents related to the election process.

Complaints from citizens most often related to allegations and irregularities related to assistance in voting to disabled persons and persons with difficulties, delivery of completed ballots, preventing access to observers, illegal behavior of citizens at polling stations, irregularities observed on the voter list, voting on behalf of other persons or with other people's identification documents, physical attacks on members of electoral committees, the behavior of the president or members of electoral committees that is not in accordance with the regulations and other events that they considered inappropriate or illegal.

A subsequent check will determine the existence of elements of criminal offenses and determine the further action of prosecutors' offices, police agencies or the CEC of Bosnia and Herzegovina, stated the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
