After we, as the Federation of B&amp;H, have definitely remained the only area in Europe that has not yet - if we do not count the little alms received - procured a single dose of vaccine, Fadil Novalić has only now decided on an emergency session of the FB&amp;H Government and the formation of working group for procurement of the vaccines for citizens of the Federation.
What a shame, incompetence, hypocrisy and disgusting attempt to share his own incompetence, delay, inaction and consequent killing of citizens with the newly formed working group.
While he came up with the idea to convene the emergency session, others in the region vaccinated more than a million of their citizens. Even the Republic of Srpska entity, led by Dodik, has shown the ability to import significant quantities of vaccines and start mass vaccination.
After all, what will the new working group do taking into consideration the fact that we have the 
The real working group should have been formed half a year ago and should have consisted exclusively of members of the Presidency of B&amp;H (at least Džaferović and Komšić), members of the Council of Ministers (Turković, Cikotić and Podžić), vice presidents of two houses in PAB&amp;H Bakir Izetbegović and Denis Zvizdić. This would show their managerial and state ability and international contacts, which is clearly lacking.
While in serious countries, presidents and prime ministers are dealing with procurement of a life-saving vaccines, in our country, the compromised Novalić, after a cataclysmic delay, is now transferring this job to the level of middle-ranking federal officials and doctors in the FB&amp;H House of Representatives.
Bosniaks are, this must finally be said openly, already brutally humiliated by the incompetence of their government, but also criminally and mortally endangered by those who have been convincing us for years that they are the only true patriots and protectors of the people and the state. How they protect us is now clear to everyone.

The third contingent of the Russian vaccine against coronavirus "Sputnik V" of 20,000 doses arrived in Banja Luka today.

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska, Radovan Višković, stated that they received a promise from the producers and distributors that an additional 20,000 doses of the vaccine, ordered by the entity government, would be delivered in the next 10 days.
He said that it was time for that entity to start mass vaccination of priority groups of citizens.
Višković specified that RS paid for and ordered more than 800,000 doses of coronavirus vaccines.
He also pointed out that in June 2021, they plan to purchase a new quantity of about 500,000 doses.

B&amp;H Foreign Minister Bisera Turković continues to honor the public with meaningless and diplomatically scandalous statements, demonstrating a wide range of ignorance and insults to common sense.
Bisera's last statement is related to the dissatisfaction with Aleksandar Vučić's visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina and the donation of 10,000 doses of the FB&amp;H "AstraZeneca" vaccine, when she claimed that these vaccines were not approved for EU countries and that they were intended for poor countries.

- I asked that the vaccine is not used until the consent of the Drug Agency in B&amp;H is obtained, because this vaccine does not have the consent in the EU or the USA - said Turković.
She further pointed out that this vaccine in question is produced in India, under the license of "AstraZeneca".
- It is a very affordable vaccine, which is mostly used in poor countries, such as the Dominican Republic and similar countires. Hence, very cheap and very affordable and not licensed for use in the EU. That is why my condition was that it should be checked at the Agency - said Turković.
The main problem with such claims by Turković is that they are not true. When it comes to the Indian vaccine "Covishiel", it is the same as adenovirus vaccine from the company "AstraZeneca / Oxford", but produced by the Serum Institute in India. In mid-February, the World Health Organization (WHO) approved two more variants of the AstraZeneca vaccine for emergency use. One version is produced by AstraZeneca - SKBio in the Republic of Korea, and the other at the Serum Institute in India.

Both vaccines were included in the emergency list, after the WHO assessed safety, quality and efficacy data. Essentially, these are medical products that have the same specifications, composition and method of production as the vaccine produced by "AstraZeneca" in Europe.
This information was confirmed for "Avaz" by the assistant director for drug control in the Agency for Medicines of B&amp;H, Alija Uzunović, who said that it is the same vaccine from "Oxford".
- They are produced by one company, only the branding of the products is different. But the same is done with other products in the world. The information that you have, we also have, there is no difference between the two vaccines, which was confirmed by Mirza Palo from the Office of the World Health Organization (WHO) in B&amp;H. By the way, we received that information from the WHO - Uzunović emphasized.
Due to her false statement, Turković risks ultimately causing material and diplomatic damage to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Namely, Almir Badnjević, director of "Verlab", revealed that he received information from the management of "AstraZeneca" that this company is considering a lawsuit against our state due to unfounded statements and insults of their vaccine, which, he points out, was a great insult to them.
At the time Turković stated this, the EU was considering to approve these vaccines.
Let us remind you, the last "outburst" of Turković comes as just another one in a series by which the Minister offends the public and demonstrates lavish ignorance and lack of basic feeling for the situation in which the majority of B&amp;H citizens currently finds themselves.

She recently, answering the question why B&amp;H does not have vaccines, Turković made a scandalous statement, saying that "after the story about respirators, no one would have the courage to enter the process of private procurement of vaccines." Somewhere along the way, at times when citizens are dying from the coronavirus, the health care system is in chaos, and thousands of small businesses are closing their doors, Turković complained about her vehicle fleet at the Ministry and asked them to buy her a jeep.
It should be reminded that Turković sent her son to work in the B&amp;H Embassy in Qatar, and when asked by journalists whether she was embarrassed that she had hired her son, she replied:
-What now, that our children are not allowed to work in state agencies.
Turković also made it known to the public that her son Alija was "her baby", even though the baby is 40 years old. When asked about a number of houses and real estate she owns around the world, from Zagreb to Australia, Turkovic answered:
- Those are small, small, "tiny" houses.

Also, is there any need to remind about the famous gaffe, when Turković announced the ceremony of taking over the respirators from the United Arab Emirates as a donation for B&amp;H, which in the end turned out to be only in transit through our country and that they are intended for Montenegro.
Of course, this is only a part of the countless nebulous, rude and absurd statements that Turković gives in almost every public appearance, because all of them would require a thick book, and not a single journalistic text.

The "Handbook on Special Investigations", promoted today in Sarajevo, was prepared in cooperation with the Center for Education of Judges and Prosecutors in the Federation of B&amp;H and the Geneva Center for Security Sector Management - DCAF.

The publication is the result of cooperation between 20 judges, prosecutors and legal experts, led by the Dean of the UNSA Faculty of Law, Hajrija Sijerčić-Čolić, with the support of the RS Center for Education of Judges and Public Prosecutors, the B&amp;H Constitutional Court, the B&amp;H Court and the B&amp;H High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council.
-Special investigations encroach on a person's privacy, affect the right to freedom of expression and information, and therefore we believe that such a publication, which brings together key procedures, principles and good examples from practice, is something that was necessary in our entire criminal- legal system- said the chairman of CEST FB&amp;H Arben Murtezić, adding that this manual is the result of the cooperation of representatives from each of the current criminal codes in B&amp;H, which further adds to its importance.

A far-right proposal to ban facial coverings in Switzerland won a narrow victory in a binding referendum on Sunday instigated by the same group that organised a 2009 ban on new minarets.The measure to amend the Swiss constitution passed by a 51.2-48.8% margin, provisional official results showed.
The proposal under the Swiss system of direct democracy does not mention Islam directly and also aims to stop violent street protesters from wearing masks, yet local politicians, media and campaigners have dubbed it the burqa ban.
-In Switzerland, our tradition is that you show your face. That is a sign of our basic freedoms- Walter Wobmann, chairman of the referendum committee and a member of parliament for the Swiss People’s Party, had said before the vote.
Facial covering is “a symbol for this extreme, political Islam which has become increasingly prominent in Europe and which has no place in Switzerland,” he said.

Millions of children returned to school in England on Monday for the first time in two months, with the government beginning to ease coronavirus restrictions as a mass vaccination drive ramps up.

The resumption of classroom teaching was the first step on a path which the government hopes will see life return to normal by late June, after a wrenching crisis that has seen Britain endure one of the world's worst death tolls from Covid-19.

Lisa Tyler, 41, from Northamptonshire in central England, said having her daughters aged six and 10 back in class would be "the biggest relief in the world".
Trying to manage supervision of schoolwork and her job as a university administrator had been hard, particularly on her youngest, she told AFP.
-If you don't do it she's going to fall behind. You have to sit with her all the time- she added.
-I can't wait for her to go back to school. Trying to just manage that, it's been a nightmare. And she just needs to go back.-

Prime Minister Boris Johnson said: -The reopening of schools marks a truly national effort to beat this virus.-
He said that while "only a small relaxation of the rules", the reopening will bring "joy and relief" to families after months of restrictions since England entered its third lockdown on January 5, following a winter surge in infections.
The next easing is due on March 29, when outdoor gatherings will be allowed for up to six people or two households, and outdoor sports such as tennis, basketball and golf can resume.
Throughout the latest lockdown, schools have remained open to children of key workers and the most vulnerable.
But all other youngsters have been at home, causing a headache for working parents, and fears about the long-term effects on children's learning and mental health.
Pupils aged five to 11 went to the classroom Monday, with a staggered return over the coming week for secondary school students aged 11 to 18.
Returning students face regular testing to curb the spread of infection, while older children will have to wear face masks in class until at least April.
The easing comes as around 23 million people in Britain have received at least a first vaccination jab, helping to bring down case numbers and ease pressure on hospitals.

Professor Calum Semple, a member of the government's Covid scientific advisory panel, said it was "inevitable" that infection rates would rise again as schools go back.

But he said the more important metric was the numbers of people being admitted to hospital and intensive care, which have fallen sharply as the vaccination programme now spreads to people aged in their 50s and above.
Schools are "absolutely" safe for children as even older pupils are far less likely to contract the disease or transmit it than adults, Semple added.

Julie Williams, 49, from Essendon in southeast England, said she and her husband had struggled to prioritise care for their three sons as they both work for the state-run National Health Service.

Her youngest son, who is 10, has continued to go to school as the child of a key worker, but felt that months of not seeing his friends was hard.

Every year from 8 March to 8 April, the Roma women’s network “Success” marks the Month of Roma Women’s Activism. The network brings together a group of seven Roma organizations dedicated to improving the legal, social and economic status of Roma women and children.
This year’s slogan is: “It is my right, not a privilege”. The aim of the campaign is to raise awareness of citizens about the importance of Roma culture and identity as well the authorities’ obligation to protect and fulfill the rights of Roma as the largest and most marginalized national minority in B&amp;H. 
Despite the progress achieved, Roma women in B&amp;H and the Western Balkans experience double discrimination: as members of the Roma minority and as women.
-Roma women still face widespread marginalization and exclusion from decision-making processes – at home, in the community, as well as at the political level. They can be leaders of social change, but they have to be given the opportunity. COVID-19 confirmed in 393 people in B&H, with 38 deaths

According to the 2013 census of population, households and dwellings in Bosnia and Herzegovina, out of a total of 3,531,159 inhabitants, there were 1,798,889 or 51 percent of women, 1,131,227 in the Federation of B&amp;H, 625,396 in the Republic of Srpska and 42,266 in the Brčko District.

There are 789,717 (44 percent) of women living in urban areas, and 1,009,172 (56 percent) women living in other types of settlements.
Out of a total of 406,898 employed women in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2013, 315,056 or 77 percent worked in seven sectors: 76,460 in wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, 61,273 in manufacturing, 43,960 in health and social work activities, 41,584 in education, 36,501 in public administration and defense, compulsory social security, 32,215 in agriculture, forestry and fishing and 23,063 in accommodation and food service sectors.
According to occupation, most B&amp;H women worked as - service occupations and salespersons 102,758, experts 81,341, technicians and professional associates 62,950, office workers and related occupations 43,287 and simple occupations 38,032. Out of the total number of employed women, 10,290 women worked in the positions of managers, the Agency for Statistics of B&amp;H announced.

However, in his unprepared media offensive in the regime media, SDA leader Bakir Izetbegović recklessly exposed a frightening fact. Namely, he inexplicably confessed that the SDA had influence in appointing a new head of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council, as well as the Central Election Commission. - Why be afraid of what the SDA and its president are doing? The SDA has always known how to find a way to oppose, even when it had two against one against itself, and we often have that now. Because, you see the changes in the Central Election Commission and the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council, they prove that we know how to find a way for things to move forward, Izetbegović exposed what was known in public. Of course, the Sarajevo minder kept silent about Izetbegović's outburst, and if Čović and Dodik had confessed such an insolent interference, they would have been torn apart for days in the media, it is stated in the analysis of the Dnevni.ba portal. All the strong civic intelligentsia was literally dumbfounded by the revelations of the national Bosniak chief. The leader of the SDA is again in a position to throw a life jacket in the waters of justice to the chosen ones, such as Osmica, but also to let others go down the water, like federal Prime Minister Fadil Novalić. Izetbegović severely compromised the new president of HJPC, Halil Lagumdžija.

A couple of analysts from Sarajevo recognize Bakir's victim, Fadil Novalić, who is tried in the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina while the same state court rejected, or is about to do so, almost all indictments against ISA director Osman Mehmedagić. They see Bakir Izetbegović's duplicitous, dirty game in everything. - Osman Mehmedagić Osmica was blocked, and Novalić was left stranded by the lynching of the people and long-term lawsuits. On Izetbegović's phone calls he (Novalić) did not want to answer, and with this he consciously ended his painful political career. Many SDA teenagers have set their mind to take over one of the most powerful positions in the country, the chair of the Federation Prime Minister, and the best chances to take over the position has the new favorite of the Izetbegović family, architect and nicknamed by the opposition as the "new bot" Faruk Kapidžić, and these are the answers that conspiracy theorists offer. SDA leader Bakir Izetbegovic have not stopped until he regained influence and power in the domestic judiciary. He smiles contentedly, because Ranko Debevec and Halil Lagumdžija are supposedly his great support. State Prosecutor Gordana Tadić remains his nightmare. Because of her, he sweats at night for months. Izetbegović has been exposing the state prosecutor to a cruel, even life-threatening, campaign since the beginning of the year. - I am convinced that the arrest of Prime Minister Novalić, humiliation and detention, will&nbsp; in the end prove to be completely unjustified. I call on the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H to urgently go public with the evidence against Novalić and not to hide behind the phrases about "the need for secrecy in order to protect the investigation." I am sure that there is no evidence, that there will not be any, and that it is a continuation of the attack on Bosniak champions, which began with the appointment of Gordana Tadić to the position of Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H and by filing of a series of indictments against RB&amp;H Army Generals, said SDA president Bakir Izetbegović last year. He even qualified Tadić as a "pro-Serb prosecutor", which the state prosecutor saw as putting a target on her forehead. - It is a direct pressure on the work of the Prosecutor's Office and endangering my safety and the safety of my family, which was already endangered. My security has been further deteriorated, and I must say that I have multinational members in my immediate and extended family. It is a threat and pressure and a desire for someone else to come to the position of chief prosecutor. I don't know who would suit Mr. Bakir Izetbegović better, said Chief Prosecutor Tadić. After Izetbegović's embarrassment, the reactions of Halil Lagumdžija and Željko Bakalar can be expected. The Bosniak national leader definitely threw mud on their cheeks, concludes Dnevni.ba.

The presidents of several parties in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Fahrudin Radončić, Bakir Izetbegović and Elmedin Konaković, signed a Statement on the Status of Returnees in the Republic of Srpska (RS) entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in particular in Srebrenica. In addition to them, the statement was also signed by the member of the Presidency of B&amp;H Šefik Džaferović , and the Prime Minister of the Federation of B&amp;H, Fadil Novalić. The aim of this statement is to find policies that could represent a concrete answer after the recent events in B&amp;H entity of RS, and especially attempts to completely eliminate Bosniaks, Croats and other non-Serb citizens from political life.
- Aware of the difficult situation of returnees living in the Bosnian entity of RS, as well as the latest developments after the local elections in Srebrenica, bearing in mind that the Bosniak population is almost completely biologically and politically eliminated from the Bosnian entity of RS, knowing that complete elimination od Bosniaks and the Islamic Community from the territory of the Bosnian entity of RS has not been abandoned, through hindering cultural, spiritual and economic development, aware of constant pressure and discrimination in all spheres of life in that part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is in stark contrast to Euro-Atlantic integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a secular state and society of common values and human rights, we confirm that the text that follows in 10 points is our joint statement - it is written at the beginning of the statement.

In the future political activity of pro-Bosnian parties in the Bosnian entity of RS, everyone should overcome all party interests and put the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the forefront, and especially its citizens who are returnees to the Bosnian entity of RS.
2. By joint action, politically strengthen the position of the integration forces in this part of Bosnia and Herzegovina and make life easier for returnees.
3. Develop a comprehensive program for the survival and sustainable development of Bosniaks and Croats in the part of Bosnia and Herzegovina that is currently part of the administrative unit of the Bosnian entity of RS within 60 days.
4. When forming the budget of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina and both entities, cantons and municipalities, request an annual allocation for support to returnees in the amount of 0.2% to 2%.
5. Provide unconditional institutional health care to returnees to the B&amp;H entity of RS in the Federation of B&amp;H.
6. Develop a study and make a plan to open Bosnian school centers in the Bosnian entity of RS, so that returnee children do not suffer discrimination in learning their language and national subject group.
7. Insist on bringing lawsuits in all fields against institutions and individuals that violate basic human rights and discriminate on any grounds.
8. Insist on the adoption of the Law on Restitution at the level of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina and on the signing of the Agreement between the Islamic Community and the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, because the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina as the largest religious community has not signed an agreement with the state.
9. Within 60 days, we will make and adopt a special comprehensive plan for the revitalization of Srebrenica "Srebrenica 2030", which will be selflessly supported by all state institutions, political parties, non-governmental organizations and the general public. The plan must include a 10-year projection of political, economic and cultural activities in Srebrenica with clearly stated goals and a way of measuring the achieved results.
10. We will insist on the adoption of a new statute for Srebrenica, which would ensure equality in representative and executive power, ie that Srebrenica has a special status within the RS and B&amp;H and that it should be declared a region of special European importance.

The first oak trees to be used in the reconstruction of Notre Dame cathedral in Paris were selected on Friday from a forest west of the capital. 

A total of 1,000 oaks are due to be hacked down by the end of March to rebuild the spire and roof of the cathedral, which was ravaged by fire in April 2019. 
Oaks from every region of France are being used to rebuild the cherished national monument -- around half from state land and the rest from private donations.
The ministers of agriculture and culture attended a ceremony to select the official first tree, a 20-metre (65 feet) oak in the forest of Berce near Le Mans, some 200 kilometres from Paris. 
-This is a project that concerns the whole of France- said General Jean-Louis Georgelin, who chairs the body in charge of restoring Notre-Dame. 
-It will ensure the security of the cathedral for eight centuries, ten centuries.-The trees will be cut up and stored for 12 to 18 months to prepare them for use in the reconstruction phase which is set to begin in autumn 2022, allowing for a planned reopening of the cathedral in April 2024.&nbsp;

On the occasion of the announcement from the top of the SDA that they are preparing to partially fill the Government of the Federation of B&amp;H with two new ministers from the SDA, and this decision they are treating as reconstruction, SBB calls on the SDA leadership to finally unblock the appointment of a new government.
If there is enough parliamentary support for the announced "reconstruction", then the new FB&amp;H Government can and should be appointed and in that way to finally implement the 2018 election results.
SBB is very interested in leaving positions in the Government of FB&amp;H. The future partners of SDA-DF-HDZ will thus enable SBB to finally get out of the hostage position of remaining in the FB&amp;H Government, where we were brought against our will, defending the constitutional action of the Government and preventing anyone's ethnic or one-party domination.
