In a report to the United Nations Security Council on 5 November 2021, High Representative Christian Schmidt warned that such actions would abandon B&amp;H's constitutional order and the Dayton PA framework and "have a practical effect of the secession of Republic of Srpska from B&amp;H."
The High Representative called these developments a "serious attack on the Dayton Peace Agreement, which thwarted all hopes for peace and reconciliation in Bosnia and Herzegovina."
It is even more important, however, that any such move by the entity of Republic of Srpska towards secession or 'autonomy' must not be understood as anything less than the achievement of its genocidal goals, stated the Working Group for B&amp;H.
They recall that the Trial Chamber of the Hague Tribunal found Radovan Karadžić guilty of a joint criminal enterprise aimed at permanently removing the non-Serb population from the territory claimed by Bosnian Serbs and establishing an ethnically homogeneous state.

On December 13, 1995, current US President Biden condemned the atrocities as "Serbian genocidal enterprise" and "cruel genocide", and described his commitment to B&amp;H as a commitment to the values ​​of justice and a promise that genocide will never happen again and they have issued and appeal to Biden to fulfill that promise by instructing his diplomatic team to ensure that genocidal goals are not achieved.

- Therefore, we urge you to send a negotiating team that would reject such a proposal to reform the election legislation and enable the transition of B&amp;H from a state composed of "constituent peoples" to a modern liberal democracy of citizens with equal rights and dignity - it is stated in the letter.
They also remind that such goals are openly supported by the Russian Federation, which sees them as an opportunity to prevent Bosnia and Herzegovina's Euro-Atlantic integration, as we have recently witnessed Russia's claims that it sees BiH's NATO membership as a hostile act to which they should respond.
With B&amp;H facing threats from Republic of Srpska and Russian interference, the signatories of this letter appeal to Biden-led diplomats to push for an increased EUFOR presence in B&amp;H and launch NATO's emergency planning.
They expressed confidence that the United States would respond with an unwavering commitment to the values ​​of justice, democracy and human rights, with a lasting promise to prevent a recurrence of genocide and international aggression against BiH.

The portal of Avdo Avdić, which is under the direct control of Osman Mehmedagić Osmica and Bakir Izetbegović, published recycled news according to which the largest media house in BiH "Avaz" evaded 11 million KM in direct taxes.
In addition, the same portal sensationally reveals that the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H kept the case in a drawer for three years, and that it was forwarded to the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office.
The "Avaz" company has always been completely open to any kind of control and behaved the same in the mentioned case, which began with statements by Bakir Izetbegovic at the SDA election rallies in 2018, according to which "the SBB leader owes a spectacular 18 million KM."
However, the facts show that this fabricated case was completely processed and legally completed.

On the occasion of the misinformation placed today, according to which "Avaz" d.o.o. allegedly owes about 11 million KM in taxes and that a case has been opened in the SC Prosecutor's Office on that occasion, based on the fact that the second instance body never resolved the appeal of "Avaz", the facts say quite the opposite.
The second instance body, ie the Federal Ministry of Finance, fully accepted the appeal of the company "Avaz" d.o.o. on the decision of the Cantonal Tax Office Sarajevo, and the whole situation ended in the Court, because the Cantonal Court completely rejected the appeal of the Cantonal Tax Office Sarajevo against the second instance decision, which was positive outcome for "Avaz" d.o.o.
For the purpose of objectively informing the public, we publish the following chronology, in which even the Tax Administration has never used the term alleged tax evasion:
Control of “Avaz” d.o.o. was performed by the inspector of the Tax Administration of FB&amp;H in the period from 13. 4.-1. 8. 2018.
During the appellate procedure, the Ilidža Tax Office was involved in the case, which uses the Minutes of Inspection Control as the basis for making a decision and issues a decision number: 13-9 / 5-15-9-1527 / 18 DH dated 10 December 2018. , which determines the taxpayer "Avaz" d.o.o Sarajevo additional tax liabilities with accrued interest in the amount speculated in the politically passionate media.
An appeal was timely filed against the said decision to the second-instance body, ie the Federal Ministry of Finance.
The Federal Ministry of Finance assessed the appeal as fully grounded and issued a decision number: 03-15-47 / 19 D.B. of 28 February 2019, which completely annulled the decision of the Tax Office of Ilidža. The explanation of the decision states that the first instance body committed significant violations of the procedure, erroneously applied procedural and substantive rights, conducted the procedure outside the scope of the Tax Office and that the decision was made without any legal regulations on the basis of which the administrative matter was resolved, which constitutes a significant violation of the procedure.
However, on March 29, 2019, the FB&amp;H Tax Administration and the Sarajevo Canton, represented by the Sarajevo Canton Attorney's Office, filed a lawsuit against the aforementioned decision of the Federal Ministry of Finance. However, on 28 August 2019, the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo issued Decision No. 09 0 U 033797 19 U, rejecting the Lawsuit in its entirety in relation to the first plaintiff and second plaintiff and ruling that “Avaz” d.o.o. has no tax liabilities.
After all, during the entire period, even in recent months, the company "Avaz" d.o.o. and Fahrudin Radončić regularly receive official confirmations from the Tax Administration of the Federation of B&amp;H that they have no tax obligations, which is confirmed by the facsimiles that we publish.

The fabrication of lies at the expense of "Avaz" at a time when Escobar is also in Sarajevo has the calculated goal of neutralizing Radončić as a capable politician. But, in addition, the pressure to sanction corruption and its bearers in the form of various newcomers, like solak, hodžić, cikotić, sarajlić is directed towards those who led the fight against systemic corruption.
On the occasion of this story, a logical question arises, why Emela Burdžović and Senad Pećanin, precisely through N1 television, are settling accounts with Radončić.

Pećanin has been sued for this same slander and will be prosecuted again, but in the course of the trial so far, of course, he has not been able to offer any evidence that Radončić owes any tax.
Even worse in his theatricality, Pećanin - believe it or not - threatened the judge that he would jump out the window if he was convicted of telling lies.
„Avaz“ will certainly seek large financial compensation from the owners of N1 television, but also from some portals that are trying to stage scandals directed by a man of radical views and secret owner of Al Shiddi Group and many other companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey and other eastern destinations.
The man, who publicly brags that he has regained influence over the judiciary, also organized through Osmica's friends Šuškić that he wants to reactivate the completed legal matter in a criminal way and is practically trying to manipulate the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor's Office to process things that have been finalized.
The company "Avaz" will inform all relevant international addresses about this.

Meanwhile, those from the EU countries must also present proof that they are fully vaccinated.
The country of about 20 million has so far confirmed over 1.7 million cases with 57,260 related deaths. Nearly 39% of the population is fully vaccinated.

Olaf Scholz is due to become the next German chancellor on Wednesday when the country’s parliament votes for his center-left coalition government, ending 16 years of Angela Merkel’s rule.

The soft-spoken Scholz, who served as vice chancellor and finance minister for the last three-and-a-half years, will become the 10th chancellor of Germany after the Second World War.
The incoming chancellor will head the three-party coalition of Social Democrats (SPD), the Greens and the pro-business Free Democrats (FDP), also known as the "traffic light coalition" because of its parties’ colors: red, yellow and green.
While Scholz has said the new government will be one of continuity, the incoming chancellor will also face several challenges, among them fighting the coronavirus pandemic and climate change.

Political directors of the member states of the Peace Implementation Council (PIC) have met in Sarajevo.

Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Zvizdić participated in the 20th annual Parliamentary Security Forum in Washington, founded by Robert Pittenger, a former member of the House of Representatives of the United States Congress.

Addressing the panel on best examples and practices of improving parliamentary cooperation, Zvizdić thanked Congressman Pittenger for organizing the Forum and said the world is more of a global community today than ever before and we live connected in various ways, during the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the Internet.
- I would like to emphasize that the vast majority of B&amp;H citizens want to live in peace and security and want to see B&amp;H as a member of the EU and NATO in the near future.
