The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina has sent a motion to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to order custody for Jasmin Mulahusić, a radical SDA raider, among other things, due to the danger of the suspect fleeing, who has the citizenship of another state.

After questioning the suspect, the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H submitted a motion to order custody for the suspect:

- Mulahusić Jasmin, born in 1976 in Luxembourg, a citizen of B&H and Luxembourg.

The suspect is under investigation by the Prosecutor's Office of B&H and is charged with inciting national, racial and religious hatred, discord and intolerance under Article 145a. of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The mentioned suspect was arrested by police officers of the B&H Border Police.

The motion for custody of the suspect, which is linked to terrorist activities, was submitted for the reasons described in Article 132, paragraph 1, items a), b) and c), ie due to the danger of absconding, the danger that he could interfere with the investigation , conceal evidence, and influence witnesses or accomplices, as well as repeat the crime or complete what has been started.

The suspect is under investigation by the Prosecutor's Office of B&H and is charged with placing insulting messages on the national and religious basis in the public for a long period of time, via social networks and the Internet, which grossly insults the religious and national feelings of the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and made and placed various photo and video montages that spread national and religious hatred and intolerance between the peoples of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

A motion to order custody has been sent to the Court of B&H, and the prosecution is continuing an intensive investigation into the case.
