The Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, headed by Alena Kurspahić-Nadarević, filed an appeal against the decision of the First Instance Disciplinary Commission in the "Ranko Debevec" case a few days ago.
In addition to the UDT, the lawyers of the President of the Court of B&amp;H also filed an appeal.
In that way, the Second Instance Disciplinary Procedure began.
When asked by the HJPC whether the Second Instance Commission has been appointed, we were answered:
- We would like to inform you that by initiating the second instance proceedings against the President of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Ranko Debevec, the System for Automatic Disciplinary Case Management (DKCMS) assigned the case to one of the three permanent second instance commissions for judges. We are unable to provide the names of the commission members.
We remind you that although he was part of numerous scandals, inappropriate meetings, threats to prosecutors, journalists, Ranko Debevec, severely compromised President of the Court of B&amp;H, by the decision of First Instance Disciplinary Commission of the HJPC, was only publicly warned in disciplinary proceedings against him for several disciplinary offenses.
One of them is inappropriate contact with Osman Mehmedagić Osmica, director of the Intelligence and Security Agency (ISA), last year, on the day when the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H filed a new indictment against Osmica in the "Security Checks" affair.
All of this was not enough to suspend Debevec and relieve him of his duties. It is obvious that the HJPC B&amp;H has double standards: one applies to the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H Gordana Tadić, and the other to the President of the Court of B&amp;H Ranko Debevac.
The question is also why the HJPC does not want to say the names of the Second Instance Commission, because in the case of Gordana Tadić, the names of the members were made public.

It is obvious that the Sarajevo prosecutor's office is involved in the cover-up and cannot ensure its impartiality. I expect that the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H will issue an order in the next period to conduct an investigation into the murder case itself. I don’t think the results of the investigation will come quickly, because I don’t believe in quick investigations. A quality investigation takes time regardless of the fact that we lost five years and six months - Feraget explains.
He stated that only now it is necessary to do what had to be done on February 8th, 2016, when Dženan Memić was inflicted with injuries that turned out to be fatal.
- We're going back to the beginning. It will be a signal to both the HJPC, the UDT and the Cantonal and Federal Prosecutor's Offices that they need to do something about the prosecutors who worked on the case and missed the target. And, they didn’t miss the target because they were shooting badly, but they didn’t want to shoot at the right target. They turned to the other side and fired at another target. This will be the last investigation in this case, the third will not be. So now we are focusing on the act of murder itself and that investigation will cover all those directly involved, but also the rest, court experts, police officers and prosecutors who have obviously abused their official position, each in their own way. When we get to the direct executor, we will have a motive, and when we get to the motive, we have solved the case - Feraget specified.

He explained that as far as the involvement of prosecutors and experts is concerned, there is more than enough evidence to open an investigation against them.
- It is quite certain that several witnesses said a lot of useful information about the direct perpetrator of the murder and the motive.
Through the interrogation of a number of witnesses, the Prosecution also determined the circumstances concerning the act of murder itself. Protected witnesses spoke about it, although there were those who openly said what they knew. As for the number of executors, if we follow some logic, Dženan had defensive injuries.
If he was defending himself from an attacker, then that attacker could not have inflicted a fatal injury on him at the very beginning, but at the end. It is obvious that it was a fight, as Dalida Burzić said. She said there was an escalating conflict and stated "they didn't want to kill him". According to Dženan's injuries, some of which are defensive, it can be concluded that there were more attackers. In addition, Alisa Ramić - Mutap has a minor bodily injury to the head and her statement on the basis of which it can be concluded that it is a larger number of people - said Feraget.

Ovčina reminded that about two million library items, books, magazines and manuscripts of inestimable value, which testify to the history of Bosnia and Herzegovina, were destroyed. At that time, he added, the NUB B&amp;H was one of the most recognizable institutions of its kind in the former Yugoslavia.
-Citizens and employees tried to save the books. One part has been preserved and we are especially proud of that, and the Commission for National Monuments of B&amp;H declared that material a national monument last year. Those special collections speak of state-legal continuity, cultural identity, development and dignity- Ovčina pointed out.

The trial of Bakir's Prime Minister Fadil Novalić and others in the "Ventilators" affair continued today in the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In addition to Novalić, FB&amp;H Finance Minister Jelka Milićević, suspended director of the Federal Civil Protection Administration Fahrudin Solak and Fikret Hodžić, owner of the „Srebrena malina“ company, are also accused.

Prosecutor Hukeljić had to show the statement whoch the witness gave during the investigation on several occasions because he answered certain questions differently.
- I didn't even think I would be a witness, I don't think there was a need for that. I asked if we could use these ventilators in hospital treatment or just in the Emergency Room. I also asked if we have enough quality cars where we can install these ventilators, if they are not for hospital treatment - said Bavrka.
The trial is due to continue tomorrow.

Fires had meanwhile grown so intense in Mordovia, a region southeast of Moscow, that firefighters were forced to escape from a "ring of fire", the ministry said Wednesday. 
And in the Nizhny Novgorod region east of Moscow, nine planes provided by the emergencies ministry, the defence ministry and the Russian National Guard had dropped 129 tonnes of water onto a large wildfire spreading to neighbouring Mordovia. 
Authorities had deployed 1,200 firefighters to put out the blaze, the emergencies ministry said. 
President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday pledged hundreds of millions of dollars to protect the country's forests, saying the nation must learn from the "unprecedented" wildfires that engulfed swathes of Siberia.

He points out that the investigation in this case continues.
- This investigation goes further. There are many more perpetrators. A murder investigation will also be opened and that is a big step forward. The proceedings before the Supreme Court were pending. The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina will handle the case. The Cantonal Prosecutor's Office cannot because Sabina Sarajlija accepted to deny the crimes. I have positive information for that. The state prosecutor's office has shown that they want to work - said Dženan's father Muriz.

Dženan was killed, I think they have proved enough how much they are ready to cover up the murder - Memić pointed out.

Because of this, Fahrudin Radončić authorized his lawyers to file another defamation lawsuit against Dragan Mektić and the SB publisher, who regularly and in a coordinated manner publish Mektić'sfalse statements and accusations.
As is well known to the general public, Dragan Mektić is currently on trial before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for aggravated financial theft of donations sent to the Ministry of Security, and among other things, he is accused of buying plastic construction helmets with his chief of staff instead of professional ones for firefighters, which endangered people's lives.
Dragan Mektić was associated with several scandals related to war crimes because he was the commander of the police in Prnjavor during the war. In addition, the media reported that he sold the tombstones from the cemetery as ordinary stones.
Also, Mektić never publicly condemned the genocide committed by the RS Army and police, in which he was during the war.
It is obvious that Mektić cannot forgive the president of SBB for, by force of law, having to, as the Minister of Security of B&amp;H, submit to the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H all officially requested information regarding Mektic's financial fraud while he was Minister of Security and on what basis he is now being tried. 
In addition, it is no secret that Mektić, despite his terrible war biography, became the closest friend of Osman Mehmedagić Osmica, the morally and professionally stumbled director of ISA, and that Mektić's Tweets are part of Bakir Izetbegović's pre-election strategy.
At the same time, Mektić's constant attacks on Radončić are an obvious desire to publicly annul the fact that Osman Mehmedagic Osmica left several inspectors and police officers in SC without work due to revenge. Their only "mistake" was that they submitted recorded conversations to the SC Prosecutor's Office in which drug dealers mentioned him affirmatively and as a person to whom they give expensive gifts.

The B&amp;H Presidency member Milorad Dodik said today that after the consultation with the RS political party leaders, he decided to attend a meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

The Turkish president is scheduled to arrive in Sarajevo on Thursday night, and a meeting with members of the B&amp;H Presidency is scheduled for Friday.

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has remitted funds to the account of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CBBH) on Monday evening, based on the allocation of special drawing rights (SDR) in the amount of 254,182,273 .00 SDR.

The Central Bank of B&amp;H reminds that the IMF has the authority to create unconditional liquidity through the general distribution (allocation) of SDRs to member countries in proportion to their share in the IMF capital, i.e. the quotas.
Bosnia and Herzegovina's IMF quota is 0.06 percent. The previous distribution of SDRs for B&amp;H was made in 2009 and arose as a measure to mitigate the effects of the global financial and economic crisis.
The largest allocation of Special Drawing Rights (SDRs) in history—about US$650 billion— has comes into effect yesterday. The allocation is a significant shot in the arm for the world and, if used wisely, a unique opportunity to combat this unprecedented crisis.
The SDR allocation will provide additional liquidity to the global economic system – supplementing countries’ foreign exchange reserves and reducing their reliance on more expensive domestic or external debt. Countries can use the space provided by the SDR allocation to support their economies and step up their fight against the crisis.

In accordance with the existing laws and bylaws, the CBBH,, for the allocated funds, will approve the equivalent in the amount of 602,540,349.06 KM to the deposit account for IMF transactions - the main account of the Ministry of Finance and Treasury

The Central Bank of B&H reminds that the IMF has the authority to create unconditional liquidity through the general distribution (allocation) of SDRs to member countries in proportion to their share in the IMF capital, i.e. the quotas

Britain on Monday announced it will take delivery of another 35 million doses of the Pfizer coronavirus vaccine in the second half of next year to "future-proof" its jabs rollout.
