- I am the High Representative in B&amp;H who oversees the implementation of the Dayton Agreement - Schmidt said in an interview with BN TV.
He told politicians to stick to the facts stated in the Dayton Peace Agreement.
- The High Representative is elected by the Peace Implementation Council in B&amp;H, so I recommend that we do not discuss the procedures but the content - said Schmidt and added that he is not here to please politicians but to do something good for the entire country.
- I want us to do something together for all people in B&amp;H and I recommend everyone to participate in it, and those who do the blockades, they in fact block themselves - said Schmidt.
Speaking about the blockade of the state government that came after the imposition of the Law on Denial of Genocide, Schmidt says that he knows the crises in B&amp;H well and that he talks to the people and that in the political sense it is important that the interlocutors are the holders of power.
- I think we should work together and that is why I am here. I am observing the situation now and after that, I will start doing some things - said Schmidt.
When asked if there was a signal from the representatives of the entity of Republic of Srpska to talk to him, he answered in the affirmative, but he did not want to specify the details.

Members of the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of the Interior (SC MUP) searched three locations in Sarajevo late last week as part of the "Dženan Memić" case, as ordered by the B&amp;H Prosecutor's Office.

As it was confirmed at the time by the SC Ministry of the Interior and the State Prosecutor's Office, the apartments of Muamer Budnjo, the son of businessman Alija Budnjo, and Ševal Kovačević, a traffic expert, were searched.
The Crystal Hotel in Ilidža was also searched, from which footage from 8, 9, 10 and 11 February 2016 was deleted, ie at the time when Dženan Memić was killed.
During the search of Budnjo's apartment in the residential and business building "Bosmal", the police seized the documentation, as well as the documentation from Kovačević's apartment in Nova Otoka and the "Crystal" Hotel.
As an expert in the field of traffic, Kovačević worked on one of the findings in the "Dženan Memić" case and claimed that it was a traffic accident. The search warrant was issued by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We learn that all seized items will be sent for expertise. But, crucially, the cell phone was confiscated from Muamer Budnjo. He had direct control over the work of the hotel staff and as a responsible person he knew how to delete the recordings. According to Avaz, the Prosecution believes that Budnjo knew that the footage from the hotel had been deleted, which was confirmed by witnesses in their statements. He, as the responsible person, did not report it, although he is stated as the responsible person in the Ilidža hotel group.
Computer, CDs, several USBs and numerous documents were also excluded from his apartment. The same goes for Kovačević. The search warrant issued by Judge Tatjana Kosović, as a pre-trial judge in the Memić criminal case, states that the searches were conducted due to a well-founded suspicion that the committed crimes were organized crime and assistance to the perpetrator after the crime was committed.

The accused in this case are Alisa Mutap-Ramić, her father Zijad Mutap, Muamer Ožegović, a receptionist at the Crystal Hotel at the time when the recordings were deleted, and police officers Josip Barić and Hasan Dupovac. A month ago, they denied guilt in the Court of B&amp;H, and their trial is scheduled to begin on October 7. It is a question of the day when the investigation for the murder will be opened.

B&amp;H Defense Minister Sifet Podžić today praised the recent bilateral meetings in Montenegro and Serbia, as well as the regional meeting of defense ministers of the Western Balkan countries in Austria.

He stated that the education and assistance of the armed forces of B&amp;H and Montenegro is well realized, and that the ministries of the two countries have very good relations.

In the past 24 hours, 2,284 samples were reported to the Public Health Institute of the Federation of B&amp;H, of which 578 were positive for the coronavirus.
New cases have been registered in all cantons in the Federation of B&amp;H.
A total of 834,368 samples have been tested so far, and coronavirus has been confirmed in 146,991 people.
In the past 24 hours in the Federation of B&amp;H, 15 people died in Una-Sana, Central Bosnia, Herzegovina-Neretva, West Herzegovina and Tuzla Canton, while 10 deaths were reported retroactively.

German police arrested four people, including a Syrian teenager, accused of planning a terror attack on a synagogue in the western town of Hagen ahead of the Jewish Yom Kippur holidays, local media reported Thursday.

According to the expert's findings, the recordings of the Crystal Hotel owned by the Budnjo family, which has 16 video surveillance cameras, were intentionally deleted on February 8, 9, 10 and 11, 2016. I expect that the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H, after today's search, will order an expert examination of the seized computers and mobile phones in order to determine the circumstances that are important for shedding light on this event - lawyer Feraget explained to us.
