Osman Mehmedagić Osmica, director of the Intelligence and Security Agency (ISA), yesterday submitted to the President of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of B&amp;H (HJPC) Halil Lagumdžija alleged compromising evidence against Chief State Prosecutor Gordana Tadić and state prosecutors Oleg Čavka and Dubravko Čampara, "Avaz" portal finds out.

The President of the HJPC confirmed for "Avaz" that he had received the documentation from the ISA, but he could not talk about who exactly the documentation refers to.
- It is true that I received certain documentation from the ISA, but I lowered it all to a lower level, ie to the Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor and the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H for further action. I received certain documents which speak of illegalities in the work of certain holders of judicial office. These are serious matters and I, as the president of the HJPC, submitted them to the competent institutions for action - Lagumdžija confirmed to us.
It is interesting that the report comes at a time when the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H, headed by Gordana Tadić, has almost completed the investigation in the "Diploma" affair, whose key actor is Mehmedagić. With the arrest of Denis Prcić, the owner of the American University of B&amp;H, who issued a fake diploma to Mehmedagić, the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H obtained irrefutable evidence that Osmica was never a student of this higher education institution and that he was at the head of the ISA without the diploma, which was necessary for him to be appointed director at all.
As the investigation comes to an end and leads to a key actor, Osmica is apparently trying to remove Tadić and Čavka from the B&amp;H Prosecutor's Office through private connections, with the help of certain people in the Court of B&amp;H and the HJPC, which he has controlled for months, so that he doesn not go to prison. 
Mehmedagić went to the HJPC a month ago, when he also tried to influence the members of the First Instance Commission in the proceedings against Tadić and demanded for Čavka to be suspended.

The attacks of SDA raiders and bots via Facebook on Muriz Memić, his family, lawyer Ifet Feraget and prosecutors of the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H are intensifying as the arrests started and as the moment for filing an indictment for covering up the murder of young man Dženan Memić is approaching.
Muriz Memić says for the "Avaz" portal that such disgusting actions do not surprise him at all, because during the five-year fight for justice he realized what a mafia octopus he is dealing with, ie that people who were able to plant and remove evidence are ready for anything.

- For the last five years we have been in war with these attackers. Both them and their bosses found themselves in this. They are doing this on behalf of their bosses who have ordered them to protect them with such heinous revelations. This is a low blow and inhuman. It's been like this since 2016. We don’t mean to change because we’re right, Dženan was killed. Those attackers can't stop me. These attacks have intensified since the arrests began, so everything is clear - Memić told us.
On the other hand, lawyer Feraget only briefly said: "Perseverance and knowledge together will lead to justice", emphasizing that the allegations published by bots and SDA raiders on Facebook do not deserve any different comment from the one he has already given.

By the way, the savagery of bots and the "keyboard warriors" of the SDA on social networks show all the despair of the top of this party due to the successful work of prosecutors Ćazim Hasanspahić and Dubravko Čampara, who are very close to filing the indictment. Prosecutors will not stop there and have already announced that they have new suspects and their accomplices who hid Dženan Memić's killers.
A special thorn in the side of the bots are the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H Gordana Tadić and the lawyer Ifet Feraget, who, together with Muriz Memić, praised her work on the complex "Dženan Memić case" on several occasions.
Memić has said before that nothing can scare him anymore, because he has already lost a child.
In this investigation, police officers Hasan Dupovac and Josip Barić, Muamer Ožegović, an employee of the "Crystal" Hotel, from which video surveillance footage was deleted, and Alisa Ramić Mutap, a girl who was with Dženan in Great Alley on the fateful night of February 8th, 2016, when he was fatally injured, and who justified herself with amnesia and did not want to say anything about the case, and her father Zijad Mutap who planted traces, have been arrested.

The main hearing on the disciplinary lawsuit against the President of the Court of B&amp;H Ranko Debevec is scheduled for tomorrow in the premises of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of B&amp;H.

The Disciplinary Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit against Debevec for intentionally providing misleading or insufficient information regarding job applications, disciplinary matters, promotion and advancement matters, or any other matters within the Council's jurisdiction, and conduct in and out of court that damages the reputation of the judicial office.
According to the Chief Disciplinary Prosecutor at the preparatory hearing, in December 2020, Debevec met with the director of the Intelligence and Security Agency (ISA), Osman Mehmedagić, against whom criminal proceedings were being conducted at the time, in front of a third party's apartment. He also sent a comment of inappropriate content to the prosecutor Vedrana Mijović, who is acting in the case in which the defendant is a participant in the proceedings.
In both cases, as stated by Kurspahić-Nadarević, there was a violation of the code of judicial ethics in the case of communication with the prosecutor and inappropriate contact with the person against whom the proceedings are being conducted before the court led by Debevec, and whose meeting, according to her, was published by several media.
Debevec is also charged with the lawsuit that since 2004, with the exception of 2009, he deliberately provided insufficient information on property abroad, ie Spain, through personal financial reports submitted to the HJPC.
- He did not submit any information about the apartment - said Kurspahić-Nadarević recently, and stated that she believes that after conducting the evidence, which she proposed at the hearing, she will determine the disciplinary responsibility of the President of the Court of B&amp;H.

The defense of Debevec asked the First Instance Commission to exclude the public from the proceedings against the President of the Court, in order, as they stated, to protect the private life of the defendant.
However, the chairman of the Disciplinary Commission, Avdija Avdić, said on June 25th that the public would be excluded during part of the proceedings when evidence that would reveal details from private life will be presented, having in mind the public interest.
However, the question is whether all the details from the indictment will be revealed in that way and why Debevec is an exception in relation to the other accused.

Assistant Minister of Health of the Federation of B&amp;H Goran Čerkez said today that the epidemiological situation is still improving, but that it is necessary to continue adhering to the measures, given that there is a high risk of developing coronavirus delta strains.

-The epidemiological situation continues to improve, the number of coronavirus cases has decreased by 18.7 percent compared to last week, as many as 25 percent fewer people are in hospital, and mortality has also decreased by 60 percent compared to last week- stated Čerkez at the press conference in Sarajevo after the session of the FB&amp;H Government.
He added that the F&amp;iH Government decided, on the recommendation of the Crisis Staff, to extend the existing measures for the next period of 15 days. Regardless of such a stable epidemiological situation, according to him, we should be careful that a delta strain of the virus has already appeared in our immediate neighborhood.
Taking into account the shortcomings in the continuous and consistent adherence to the measures, and the low number of immunized persons in B&amp;H, as Čerkez said, they believe that the risk of the new virus is extremely high, which was the reason to extend the measures.
-The process of immunization continues. So far, more than 236 thousand vaccines have been administered, of which more than 148 thousand with one dose, and more than 88 thousand with both doses. In order to accurately inform the public, I am obliged to say that B&amp;H has so far procured 278,970 vaccines through Covax and the European mechanism, as opposed to the donated 210,000 vaccines. Therefore, B&amp;H, i.e. the Federation of B&amp;H, bought more vaccines than was obtained through donations- Čerkez pointed out.

-We were just trying to go the right way, but unfortunately we did not make it, so we went back to the old path. None of the five of us had any weapons, we were bare-handed. We received information from passers-by that Žepa did not fall, so we headed towards Žepa, although we did not know the way. However, we were not on the right path, we went in the opposite direction- Islam Bektić from Srebrenica, who was part of these events, told FENA.
In an attempt to reach Žepa, three boys from the group were killed, including Azmir Osmanović, who will be buried in Potočari on July 11.
In August 2018, mortal remains were found at the Poljanci site near Srebrenica, which were later, based on the results of DNA analysis, determined to belong to Azmir.
His brother underlines that, unfortunately, that identification process took a very long time.
-My father Aziz did not make it to see the identification of his son because he died three months after the skull was found. After I was informed that it was my brother's skull, I felt as if he had been killed that day or that moment- says Azir Osmanović.
Azir Osmanović survived the Srebrenica genocide as a thirteen-year-old boy. He holds an M.A. in History and works as a curator at the Memorial Center in Potočari. Every day he tells visitors about the suffering ​​that the inhabitants of this protected enclave went through.
He says that his obligation is to spread the truth about the genocide against the Bosniaks of Srebrenica so that it would never happen to anyone again.

The Trial Chamber of the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals handed down convictions in The Hague today in the case of Prosecutor v. Jovica Stanišić and Franko Simatović.

He is currently the head of ISA as a pensioner because it was determined that he acquired the conditions for retirement five months ago.
As the investigation expands, witnesses testify and documents on Mehmedagić's education are collected, numerous ambiguities and illogicalities come to light. For example, how and when Osmica enrolled in high school, more precisely the vocational school in Sarajevo in 1978. Namely, Mehmedagić finished three years at the Railway School with practical training in the railway workshop "Vaso Miskin Crni" in Sarajevo, which earned him the title of qualified electromechanic.
He received his diploma on June 16th, 1981. He enrolled in the first year in 1978. According to these documents, Mehmedagić, who was born in 1962, enrolled in the Railway School "Vaso Miskin Crni" in Sarajevo at the age of 16.
The question is how Osmica enrolled at the Faculty of Law in Sarajevo in 1994 with a completed vocational school, because he enrolled at the faculty without a certificate. In the enrollment form was written "Conditional enrollment". He justified that with the state of war.
It is interesting that Mehmedagić, with the annulled student report card, which he declared "lost" through the "Official Gazette", after all enrolled at the Faculty of Business Studies in Banja Luka, and with that diploma he was appointed as director of the Intelligence and Security Agency. Shortly afterwards, this diploma was annulled.

The Mehmedagić's grades during his education for electromechanic are also interesting, where it is clear that he was not a good student.
He finished first year modestly, with poor behavior and good grades. He was graded two in mathematics, three in chemistry and physics, and two in English.
He improved his grade point average because of Sports, and in this class he was graded four. In a way, he justified his status as SDA's Bruce Willis, as Bakir Izetbegović, Osmica's boss and friend, recently stated that during the large demonstrations of citizens in 2014, outraged by the decades-long rule of the Izetbegović dynasty, Osmica personally in Sarajevo "he put out the fire and calmed the protesters".

Greece has recovered works of art by Pablo Picasso and Piet Mondrian, stolen from its National Gallery in 2012, authorities said on Tuesday.

But it is a trio of Middle Eastern countries that leads the way in terms of coverage (when you exclude countries with populations of less than one million), with the United Arab Emirates having given 153 doses per 100 people, ahead of Bahrain and Israel on 124. 
The three have nearly fully vaccinated 60 percent of their inhabitants. 
Following them are Chile (118 doses per 100 people), the United Kingdom (113), Mongolia (111), Uruguay (110), Hungary (107), Qatar (107) and the US (98). 
These countries have fully vaccinated around half of their populations (between 46 and 54 percent).
The European Union has given 357 millions shots to half of its population, with some 32 percent of the population having been fully covered.
Its smallest member Malta has completely covered seven out of 10 of its people; its biggest countries, Germany, France, Italy and Spain are hovering around a third fully vaccinated.&nbsp;

But globally the vaccination drive is still hugely unequal even if most poor countries have begun to vaccinate thanks to the Covax sharing scheme run by the World Health Organization, Gavi and the Cepi coalition.

While the world's poorest countries have only been able to give one dose per 100 people, the richest have given one per 79 people. 
And five countries have yet to start their campaigns -- Tanzania, Burundi, Eritrea, Haiti and North Korea.
Despite the controversies around it, the Oxford/AstraZeneca jab is still the most used in the world, given in eight of 10 countries.
Then comes the Pfizer/BioNTech jab (used in 102 or 47 percent of countries that have started vaccinating), with Sinopharm and Moderna used in at least 48 countries, Russia's Sputnik V (at least 41), Johnson &amp; Johnson (31) and Sinovac in 24.

Some four of 10 of the jabs have been given in China (1.2 billion), with India (329 million) and the United States (324 million) also in the top three
